The 3-year aging in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels conveys characteristics of great irreverence. The nobility and elegance of the fruits harvested at the exact moment, bring out in the mouth all the freshness and complexity that Ginja de Óbidos and Alcobaça PGI can transmit. The presence of maritime influence slightly enhances the salinity that is noticed in the aftertaste, creating a set of sensations that make this Ginja unique and special.
