Gin created from the best botanicals we have in the west of Portugal. The best apples from Alcobaça, salicórnia from Lagoa de Óbidos, erva príncipe from our land and the pine shoots from the plantations made by D.Dinis in Pinhal de Leiria, all of this married with lemon from Mafra.

With this combination of Fruits and Botanicals, this Gin is born where the first distillation was important to extract all the aromatic potential of these compounds followed by a second distillation in order to bring out the elegance and finesse with which this Gin is characterized.
